We at VENDERBY's understand that sometimes returns are necessary. In order to provide our customers with the best possible service, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds for items that require their original packaging:

1. Items must be returned in their original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. This includes any plastic bags, boxes, or other packaging materials that were included with the item when it was shipped.

2. If the original packaging is damaged, customers must take appropriate measures to ensure that the item is protected during shipping. This may include wrapping the item in bubble wrap or other protective materials.

3. If the original packaging is missing or damaged beyond repair, customers may not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand that there may be extenuating circumstances in which the original packaging cannot be returned. 4. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping any returned items, unless the item was damaged or defective when it was received.

We believe that this policy is in the best interest of both our customers and our company. By requiring items to be returned in their original packaging, we can ensure that returned items are in good condition and can be resold or recycled. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

 

WE WILL NOT TAKE YOUR PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE IF: The item(s) are not properly packaged. The item(s) have been exposed to perfume, makeup, or smoke odor. Tags or labels have been removed or damaged.

2. Complaint

We will provide a refund, repair, or replacement where we are required to do so by law and in accordance with any applicable laws. Where you contact us regarding a refund, repair, replacement, we reserve the right to request photographs or other reasonable evidence from you of or in relation to, any products in question. All refunds (including in accordance with this clause and the clause below) will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer, you need to give this information to our customer service team when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account.

3. Pre-order 

If you make a pre-order, this will be in the product heading, as well as it will be in your order confirmation. In the product description you can see how many days it will take before the item is expected to be shipped. If you have ordered several items in the same order, with a pre-order, the entire order will be sent when the pre-order is in stock. If you make a pre-order that is more than 7 days, we are forced to withdraw the money from your account before sending, as we can not keep the money reserved anymore and the order will be cancelled.
